Thank you for shopping with Style One Store! We are dedicated to providing you with the best online shopping experience possible. Our shipping policy is outlined below to assist you in understanding how we process and deliver your orders.

Shipping Locations:

Threads Store ships products to most locations within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. In addition, we do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Methods and Times:

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. The options and estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery time is estimated to be between 3-5 business days.

Express Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Delivery time is estimated to be between 1-2 business days.

Free Shipping: Orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping. Delivery time is estimated to be between 3-5 business days.

Shipping Fees:

Standard shipping fees for orders under £50 are £3.95. Express shipping fees are £6.95. If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be automatically applied at checkout.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed and shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Undeliverable Orders:

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the order is refused or unclaimed, we will contact you to attempt to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that once an order is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address or cancel the order.
